For Master Electrician Carl Evanson and family, taking part in community activities is a priority.

Run Clark Lake is one of those activities. It attracts a large group of participants for the 12k, 5k, 5k Walk, and 3/4 Kids Run. Now in its 44th year, Saturday was no exception to its popularity as those from community and places faraway arrived to compete.

The Kids Run is the last event of the morning, and it is a fitting finale. Here Carl accompanies his young son across the finish line.

Carl’s daughter also ran. She and her brother are pictured among those on the starting line.
