The National Weather Service says expect high winds today that could lead to power outages.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west
  central Michigan.
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.
